**AT THIS TIME WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY EXTRA CUSTOMS DUTIES AND CHARGES. THESE MUST BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER IN A TIMELY MANNER TO ENSURE DELIVERY ON TIME**

All orders are processed and shipped out within 5 business days. We pack orders 2-3 days per week depending on quantity, and the following day, they are dropped off to be sent out. 

Average shipping time varies, but usually domestic orders arrive within 3 days, while international can take up to 15-20 days. 

All cancellations must be requested 1-2 days after purchase to ensure that the order has not been packed and shipped out. 

Pre-orders are subject to varying shipping times. We always estimate 2-3 months, however circumstances can change depending on the specific pre-order in question. We do not accept cancellations or refunds on pre-orders, due to the funds being used to compensate product and shipment costs. Any and all chargebacks will result in an immediate ban from the site, and will only be lifted by repaying the original order's cost, and any chargeback fees.
