PRE-ORDER UPDATES

Hey, Creatures

Due to a myriad of issues that arose very quickly and all at once since the release of The Crow collection last year, our pre-order workload is horrifically delayed. Below, you will find multiple updates and answers to common questions.

Why are things delayed? When we set out to release The Crow, we were not informed that we would be in direct competition with another brand. Because of this, we were forced to change our release date, change products, erase products, and more. This caused our line to suffer, both financially and creatively. We did not even make enough money from pre-orders to cover our costs. So, since that release, we put out the Pale Girl Bags and did our Pre-Stock sale to try and make things work, but these also suffered in sales, and we were left in an even worse situation because of it.

To top all of this off, our owner (and the brain behind everything that we have done since day one) Joey has fallen extremely ill. Not the flu, or a bug, or something that will go away. To put things blunt, we are spending as much time as we can with her, because we aren't sure how much longer she has. Naturally, this puts a strain on other responsibilities, as I (Tyler) am now the only one able to work on anything to do with the business.

What are you doing about it? Well, I can tell you, I'm definitely not doing nothing. I have been working tirelessly behind the scenes to obtain funding to complete these pre-orders, and get Creature back to a stable position. It has not been easy, as most things in the world of business aren't, but it has not changed my ultimate goal, which is fulfillment and stability.

Is there a timeline? If there was, that would be the only thing on this page. Literally. Until I have obtained funding, I cannot and will not make any promises regarding pre-order fulfillment. Because of this, I have also held out on releasing ANY new lines or products, as I feel that it would be a disservice to our customers to be putting my energy anywhere else.

Can I get a refund? Again, if I were able to, it would be done. The primary issue here is quite literally a lack of funds. All of your money that was spent at the time of ordering has gone into the products that have been able to be paid for, or gone to deposits on products that are awaiting balance payments. We didn't profit a dime on these pre-orders, and I'm not kidding about that. We have literally been having to borrow money from friends and family since October of last year, which is also why we lost our home and had to move back in with Joey's parents.

Why are you still doing cons and sales, then? You all should just shut down, this is horrible business, and you should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!!!!!!!! If we shut down, you get no money AND no product. How does that help either of us?

Will you ever do another pre-order? F*CK NO

What is the current status of everything? Here is everything that is currently in limbo, and where it is in the process:

Crow Boxes: Production complete, $4209 left to pay for balance and freight

Pale Girl Bags: Production complete, $6442 left to pay for balance and freight

Pre-Stock (Re-Animator Palettes, Miles County Palettes, and Sleepaway Palettes): $5300 left to pay for production costs and freight.

Fulfillment costs: $5000 for packing material, boxes, and shipping charges.

We are in talks with investors as we speak, and are just narrowing down funding routes and percentages. We are hoping that everything comes around way sooner than we expect, but again, we are not making any promises on timelines until i have a waybill from our manufacturers.

What can we do to help? Tell your friends about all of our in stock stuff! I am still shipping stuff out that we have in stock, and every single dollar we make helps us pay off debts, pay off products, and pay for Joey's desperately needed medical care and supplies. Every dollar counts, and using PayPal helps us even more because we are able to retain income faster with no wait.

If you'd like to donate anything to our efforts (both medical and business related), we do have a company CashApp: $creaturecosmetics and PayPal: creaturecosmeticscompany@gmail.com. And if you decide to do this, we thank you so much.

I hope this page helps some of you see what all is going on, and answers any questions you may have. If you have further questions, please reach out to helpme@creaturecosmeticlabs.com, or use the contact page here on the site. I am a bit delayed in answering emails, but if you haven't heard from me in 3 days, email me again! Facebook, Insta, and Twitter messages go overlooked, as I do not check them often.

Thanks for your patience, and as always, Stay Spooky!
